Join us for the First Annual Methods Deadlifting Competition, a fundraiser supporting our Methods Weightlifting Athletes on their journey to Nationals. This year, Nationals will be held in Colorado Springs, CO, from June 21–29, 2025. We are sending two dedicated athletes and want to help cover their travel expenses—so let’s lift for a great cause.
We have a men’s category, a women’s category and an under 18 category. If you love deadlifting, enjoy watching competitions or just want to show support come on out and enjoy the event.
Lifters, Please Note:
Arrive before 9:45 AM to complete sign-up and waivers.
Warm-ups begin at 9:00 AM.
No weigh-ins required.
Each athlete will have 3 attempts for their deadlift
