The Henry Community Health Hall of Fame Classic (HOFC) takes place annually at the historic New Castle Fieldhouse, featuring four top boys and four top girls basketball teams from across Indiana. With seating for nearly 10,000, visitors come from all over the Midwest to watch the exciting tournaments. Both days are full of games, halftime shows, and the contagious enthusiasm Hoosiers bring to the sport they love most.
The Hall of Fame Classic, hosted by the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame, celebrates Indiana basketball, community, and history. Each year, the Girls’ Henry Community Health Hall of Fame Classic and the Boys’ Henry Community Health Hall of Fame Classic are held on separate days, showcasing the best Indiana has to offer. The event usually happens during December’s holiday break. For nearly 50 years, it has attracted families, alumni, scouts, and basketball fans.
This year’s dates are Monday, Dec. 22, for the Girls’ Hall of Fame Classic and Tuesday, Dec. 23, for the Boys’ Hall of Fame Classic.
