Honeywell Arts & Entertainment to Celebrate Youth Arts Month in March
Wabash, Ind. – Honeywell Arts & Entertainment will present Youth Arts Month throughout March, featuring art exhibits, performances, and activities for youth and families. Events will be held at the Honeywell Center and other venues. Registration for events is available online at honeywellarts.org or by calling the Honeywell Box Office at 260.563.1102. Some events with free admission require registration due to limited space.

- Next Generation: Youth Arts Month Exhibit
Clark Gallery, Honeywell Center | March 1–30
This exhibit showcases the talent and creativity of students, featuring a variety of media and styles. The gallery is open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., before live shows, and on Youth Arts Showcase days. - Wabash County Honors Band & Choir
Friday, March 14 at 7:30 p.m. | Honeywell Center
A celebration of Wabash County’s talented high school musicians and vocalists. Free admission, no ticket required. Sponsored by the Howard M. Garver Wabash Valley Music Association Endowment and the Larry and Anne (Garver) Curless Endowment for Honors Band & Choir. - A Grand Time
Saturday, March 29 at 7:30 p.m. | Honeywell Center
A performance featuring nearly 100 pianists, including 24 playing simultaneously on 12 grand pianos. Tickets start at $10. Sponsored by Douglas C. Lehman P.C. and Minda Lehman in memory of her mother, Velva Powell.

- 10:45–11:15 a.m. – Metro North Elementary School, Grades K-2
- 11:15–11:45 a.m. – Wabash Middle School, Grades 5-6
Craft stations will be available in the Honeywell Center lobby from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. No registration required. Workshops:- 9:00 & 11:00 a.m. – Banjo-Pig-A-Palooza!
Create a whimsical musical pig with children’s book author Bryan Ballinger. Free, but registration required (ages 5+). - 10:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m. – Drawing with Scissors
Explore Henri Matisse’s art by creating a paper collage. Free, but registration required (ages 8+). - 12:00 p.m. – Songwriting Made Simple: Craft Your Next Hit
A songwriting workshop with NYC singer-songwriters Sofie Zamchick and Michael Shofi. Free, but registration required (ages 12+).
