Christmas at the Farm
November 15 & 16, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Join 922 Decor Co for Christmas at the Farm, a free event filled with festive cheer. Shop from a variety of vendors offering unique Christmas gifts, take a photo with Santa, and enjoy an on-site food truck. Don’t miss the opportunity to feed and pet the Highland cows, and warm up with a cup of hot cocoa from the cocoa bar. Be sure to stop by “Santa’s Workshop,” a tiny store packed with toys and gifts!
Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting

Celebrate the start of the holiday season with the annual tree lighting ceremony in downtown New Castle. It’s a time-honored tradition you won’t want to miss!
New Castle Christmas Parade
November 16, 4:00 PM
The Knights of Pythias All-American Christmas Parade kicks off at Baker Park, travels down South Main Street, and ends at Santa’s Place on Broad Street. The streets will be filled with holiday cheer as local businesses decorate for Christmas and parade floats bring the season to life!
Whitetail Tree Farm
Opening Day: November 29, 9:00 AM – Dark
Visit Whitetail Tree Farm to choose and cut your own Christmas tree! Browse the gift shop for wreaths, gifts, and décor, and visit Santa’s Corner to see Bonnie and Clyde, the Highland cows. Don’t forget to stop by the White Tail Sweet Shoppe for a tasty treat.
Holiday Lights Festival & Arts Park Light Display
November 30, 5:00 – 8:00 PM
The Art Association of Henry County hosts the Holiday Lights Festival, featuring food trucks, vendors, live music, and a farmer’s market. This free event also includes the Arts Park Light Display, with thousands of twinkling lights and festive decorations. Stroll through the park and enjoy the magical atmosphere, and make plans to return to the Art Center for Martinis & Mistletoe on December 6!
New Castle Downtown Christmas Walk
December 5, 5:00 – 8:00 PM
Stroll through Downtown New Castle and take in the sights and sounds of the season. Enjoy music, a horse-drawn trolley, a live reindeer and nativity scene, a bounce house, a kiddie train, and much more. Shop for unique gifts and decorations at local vendor booths and downtown businesses.
Christmas in the Park
December 7, 5:00 – 10:00 PM
Henry County Memorial Park will shine brightly under thousands of holiday lights for one magical night. Enjoy walking through the light displays, shopping with local vendors, taking a horse-drawn carriage ride, and meeting Santa and the Grinch. This free event also includes complimentary hot chocolate!
Middletown Annual Christmas Parade
December 7, 4:00 PM
Join the festive celebration in Middletown with a vendor fair, luminary walk, and a special appearance by Santa Claus (who arrives by helicopter!). Families can take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and enjoy complimentary chili, hot dogs, hot cocoa, and cookies.
